I hope everyone is well, Its been a while since I have posted on the indie-pixel website but I have been posting a lot on YouTube and my Patreon page, so I felt it was time to get the website updated with all the latest videos! There's quite a bit!
In this video we are going to take a look at how to set up your Houdini Environment variables so you can automatically load your HDA libraries. This is very handy if you are beginning to compile a lot of HDA's for your projects. Its never any fun to go sifting through your computers hard drives to find some HDA you need.
Once you have mastered this technique I highly recommend taking a look at Houdini Packages for managing your custom Houdini HDA libraries and your Houdini preferences. You can find more information about that here.
